I am a licensed speech-language pathologist with over 11 years of clinical experience; I have spent the last nine years dedicated to specializing in oncology rehabilitation. During my previous tenure, I led the development and implementation of a comprehensive rehabilitation program for patients with head and neck cancer across five  Cancer Centers. 

In my most recent role as Supervisor of Oncology Rehabilitation Head & Neck, I collaborated extensively with the multidisciplinary team of supportive services to standardize care, align treatment protocols with  NCCN guidelines, implement patient reporting outcome measures, and ensure integration of expert rehabilitation services from the time of diagnosis through survivorship. Under my leadership, the head and neck speech-language pathology program expanded by over 7,000%, resulting in significant improvements in access to care and long-term functional outcomes, as well as reduced late effects and complications of treatment that would otherwise require surgical management.

Building upon this foundation, I established Cancer Rehab, a center of excellence offering in-person and virtual, evidence-based oncology rehabilitation and integrative wellness services. Our interdisciplinary team includes oncology-trained speech-language pathologists, lymphedema-certified and pelvic floor-trained physical therapists, dietitians, mental health specialists, pain and symptom management experts, as well as holistic wellness professionals. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals affected by cancer by providing timely, personalized supportive care that’s grounded in clinical excellence, evidence-based practices, and functional outcomes.
